Basic Install Guide is as follows:

** Note ** Some sizes on may be different on various years and models ** Note **

Remove Old
1. Disconnect battery   -  5/16
2. Remove Fuel Rail Covers.
3. Remove plug wires.
4. Remove coil paks  - 10 mm
5. Remove dipstick and tube – 10 mm
6. Remove passenger side valve cover  - 8 mm
7. Remove Spark Plugs - optional
8. Remove air tubes – 10 mm
9. Raise car with lift or ramps and secure
10. Remove 02 sensors – 22 mm
11. Remove stock intermediate pipe/cats – 17 – mm & 15 mm
12. Remove steering shaft bolt and move to side (I did not)
13. Remove Passenger side manifold from the top – 10 mm
14. Remove Drivers side manifold from the bottom – 10 mm


Install New
15. Install 02 sensor in passenger side header and install from top with a twisting motion.
16. Install new gasket and manifold bolts loosely at this time, don’t tighten (usee anti-seize).
17. Install 02 sensor in drivers side header and install from bottom. Be careful of clutch line bracket. You will have to bend this out of the way for header to slide up.
18. Install new gasket, manifold bolts loosely at this time, don’t tighten (use anti-seize).
19. Install both bolts on bell housing that attaches the headers loosely at this time.
20. Align and tighten all bolts
21. Plug in 02 sensors wiring.
22. Install x pipe.
23. Install extensions pipes in x pipe and position for 02 sensors to fit by installing 02 sensors. Use two band clamps here and position bolts up in tunnel - do not tighten yet.
24. Install cats or off road pipes.
25. Tighten v flange clamps. Hand tighten with a nut driver only.
26. Tighten band clamps.
27. Tighten mufflers to x pipe making sure muffler tips are straight
28. Reassemble air tubes, valve covers, dip stick and tube, coil parts, steering shaft bolt, plug wires, covers, etc.
29. Connect battery
