I wanted to change the looks of my Vette and decided to install a new hood. Looking at pic’s on various forums I was leaning toward the RK Sport www.rksport.com  It was what I was looking for but I had only seen pic's. At Bloomington Gold (Illinois) Vette show in June 2001, I saw first hand an RK Sport hood and decided then and there that's what I would get. I search the CF Mall and found that Zip-Products www.zip-corvette.com  had that particular hood on sale for $$$$ plus $155 shipping (Truck) charges for a total of $$$$. It cost an additional $400 for to get it preped, painted and installed
