MoleSkin (Window Felt) Intall

1) Remove the door lock knob (1) by turning it counterclockwise.

 


 

2) Using a flat-bladed plastic tool, gently pry to remove the door handle bezel.

 


3) Remove the pull handle bezel fastener.

4) Remove the pull handle bezel

 

      

 

5) Remove the two (2) fasteners that retain the door trim panel to the door.

6) Use the J38778 tool to release the plastic retainers around the door trim panel

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

7) Lift up on the door trim panel to disengage the door trim panel to the door structure.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

8) Disconnect the electrical connector (1).

 

9) Remove the door trim panel from the vehicle.

 

 

REMOVAL COMPLETE

TO REASSEMBLE

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1) Connect the electrical connector (1)

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2) Install the door trim panel to the door structure

 

 



3) Install the door trim fasteners.  (TIGHTEN fasteners to 18 inch pounds)

 

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4) Install the pull handle bezel

 


5) Install the pull handle bezel fastener (TIGHTEN to 18 inch pounds)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6) Install the door handle bezel to the door trim

 


 

7) Install door lock knob (1) by turning it clockwise

 

INSTALLATION COMPLETE
