MoleSkin (Window Felt) Install

** USE AT YOUR OWN RISK **

1) Remove the door lock knob (1) by turning it counterclockwise.

2) Using a flat-bladed plastic tool, gently pry to remove the door handle bezel.

3) Remove pull handle bezel fastener.

4) Remove pull handle bezel

5) Remove the two (2) fasteners that retain the door trim panel to the door. 

6) Use the J38778 tool to release the plastic retainers around the door trim panel
This is a common tool used to remove push-pull Fasteners (to lift them out)

Look similar to this ==>   

7) Lift up on the door trim panel to disengage the door trim panel to the door structure

8) Disconnect the electrical connector (1).

9) Remove the door trim panel from the vehicle.

REMOVAL COMPLETE

10) Find a work area and protect door panel.

To Reassemble Reverse above steps

(TIGHTEN fasteners to 18 inch pounds)

INSTALLATION COMPLETE
